We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood close to East Croydon rail station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff, especially the receptionists, were amazing and took great care of us. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.

We recommend this hotel to all.

The location is great, with sitting areas downstairs and Turtle Bay Caribbean restaurant nearby. It's also conveniently located near the train station, providing easy access to the city. The rooms are comfortable with soft pillows and a cozy mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options including a delicious full English breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The parking situation at Croydon Park Hotel was a bit limited , but overall it was a pleasant experience. I arrived in the early afternoon and struggled to find a parking space due to multiple events happening at the same time. the staff did their best to assist me, even though there were some issues with unlocking the reserved parking spaces. Eventually, I found parking on the road outside the hotel, although I had to keep returning to top up the ticket payment. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't ruin my overall experience.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious and quiet, although they did appear a bit tired. The bathroom design was a bit awkward, making it difficult to operate the flush properly.

The staff at Croydon Park were exceptional, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction as a couple. The general manager personally greeted us in the lounge/bar area, making us feel welcomed and cared for. The clean and pleasant bedrooms provided a comfortable stay. The convenient parking and access were a godsend. We also enjoyed the lovely coffee in the coffee area.

The leisure spa & wellness centre was an added bonus and the pool and sauna were great for relaxing.
